Security & Data Practices

High-level information about EvoSys Pro access controls, tenant boundaries, AI tool controls and security operations.

Last updated: September 2026

EvoSys Pro is designed as a multi-tenant business platform with scoped access, controlled integrations, auditability and operational safeguards. This page describes the security posture at a high level and does not disclose sensitive implementation details.

Access & Authority

  • Role- and scope-based access across platform, brand, sales and customer-workspace contexts.
  • Tenant boundaries intended to prevent cross-organization data access.
  • Administrative access separated from ordinary customer or sales roles.

AI & Tool Boundaries

AI capabilities are designed to use registered tools and configured permissions rather than unrestricted database, shell or network access. Customer entitlement, channel status, contact eligibility, consent and activation state can be used as execution gates.

Data & Integrations

Third-party integrations are scoped to the functionality authorized by the customer and provider. Credentials and tokens should be protected and access should be revoked when no longer needed.

Operational Monitoring

Logging, auditability, health checks and supervision are part of the platform operating model. Security controls evolve as the platform and customer requirements grow.
