This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of EvoSys Pro technology and public website services.
Prohibited Uses
- Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harassing or discriminatory activity.
- Messaging or calling contacts without the consent or legal basis required for the applicable channel and use case.
- Ignoring STOP, do-not-call, suppression or other opt-out instructions.
- Impersonation, phishing, credential theft, malware, unauthorized surveillance or security abuse.
- Uploading or using data you do not have the right to process.
- Attempting to bypass tenant, role, billing, entitlement, rate, safety or security controls.
- Using AI to make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review where required.
Enforcement
We may restrict, suspend or terminate use that creates legal, security, platform, carrier or customer risk, subject to applicable agreements.
