Messaging Enrollment
Public SMS enrollment is intentionally visible. The SMS Opt-In page includes the program purpose, message-frequency disclosure, message/data-rate disclosure, STOP/HELP instructions, links to privacy and messaging terms, and confirmation that consent is not a condition of purchase.
Consent & Suppression
- Explicit consent language is separated from ordinary form submission.
- SMS consent is recorded with time, IP address, user agent and the consent-text version used on the form.
- STOP and suppression requirements are part of the messaging model.
- Mobile opt-in data is not intended to be shared with third parties for their own marketing.
A2P 10DLC & Sender Registration
US application-to-person messaging commonly requires business and campaign registration, approved sender use, truthful opt-in descriptions and compliant sample messages. EvoSys Pro’s deployment process is designed to keep sender identity, messaging purpose and consent flows aligned with the messaging program being operated.
AI-Assisted Communications
AI-assisted communications should operate within configured roles, tools, permissions, channel controls, consent status and human-handoff rules. See the AI Communications Disclosure.
Customer Responsibility
Customer organizations are responsible for providing accurate business information, using approved messaging purposes, respecting opt-outs, configuring their programs appropriately, and obtaining legal guidance when their use case requires it.
